Thank you for shopping with Lumière Jewels. Please read our shipping policy carefully as we operate as a dropshipping store — all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our trusted suppliers.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping — 7–15 business days: $8.00 (Free on orders over $70)
Express Shipping — 5–10 business days: $15.00

International Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery times and rates vary by destination and typically take 10–20 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Shipping Delays

As a dropshipping store, shipping times may occasionally be longer than estimated due to high demand, carrier delays, or supplier processing times. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking link to activate. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us at hello@lumierejewels.us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos if applicable. We will work with our supplier to resolve the issue promptly.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at hello@lumierejewels.us if you need to change your address before the order ships.
