At Lumière Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before ordering.
30-Day Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at hello@lumierejewels.us with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first. As a dropshipping store, our products are fulfilled and shipped directly by our suppliers — return addresses vary by order and will be provided upon approval.
Refunds
Once your return is confirmed received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@lumierejewels.us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on worn or altered items, personalized or custom jewelry, final sale items, or gift cards.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
