Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, email us at aziznaimi383@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label within 2 business days.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or variant within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or engraved jewelry
• Final sale items
• Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by us

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
